Victor is the world’s first online quote comparison, book-and-buy marketplace for private jet charters.

Jet charterers can easily search for the best aircraft and operators to meet their needs, and with all relevant information about the operator and its aircraft openly published on the Victor website – even down to its direct telephone number – they can make a more informed choice. The fee is always only an industry beating flat five per cent, whereas a broker typically charges 10 to 15 per cent.

How to charter with Victor


  1. 1. Enter your desired route and travel dates into ‘Charter Quotes’

  2. 2. Victor will find you the best prices from the top operators and send you three competitive, comparable quotations. The first quote is sent to you within 60 minutes of the request being received (8am - 8pm)

  3. 3. The quotes we send include full details of the operators and aircraft. Make sure you check the terms and conditions of carriage – such as whether you can bring your pet, baggage limits and when you need to be at the airport .You can also browse full information on every operator and their aircraft including their Air Operator's Certificate, insurance cover and details on each aircraft with photographs and floor plans

  4. 4. You can accept a quote online, and pay for flights via card or bank transfer, with peace of mind through Victor’s Consumer Protection Guarantee

  5. 5. Uniquely to Victor, you can sell your surplus seats on the outbound and/or returning empty aircraft to other Victor members. You take 70% of any seats sold and Victor is currently selling surplus seats on a quarter of all jet charters. This figure is rising as membership grows. Most members elect to sell seats at a fixed price though we also offer the FareShare™ pricing mechanism, where the price of a seat reduces each time another seat is sold on that flight. How to pay-per-seat with Victor


  1. 1. Set seat alerts and tell us where you want to fly. You can do this here or in your Travel Profile. A seat alert will allow you to follow a route or watch a date on that specific route. When a flight with spare seats that fit with your plans becomes available, you’ll be the first to know

  2. 2. Search for available seats on existing flights on routes and dates you wish to travel, either on the Map or Available Seats. If you already have a group size in mind then click here

  3. 3. Most of our members elect to sell seats at a fixed price, however we also offer the FareShare™ pricing mechanism where the more people fly the price of a seat on a flight reduces every time a seat is sold on that flight. You can also bid for seats at prices you like and when the price drops to match your bid then away you go

  4. 4. Select individual seats on the aircraft and flight you want using Victor’s easy online booking system.  Make sure you check the terms and conditions of carriage – such as whether you can bring your pet, baggage limits and when you need to be at the airport .You can also browse full information on every operator and their aircraft including their Air Operator's Certificate, insurance cover and details on each aircraft with photographs and floor plans

In addition to our Member terms and conditions we created the Community Rules to define the commitments that we make to Victor members and that they make to each other. The Community Rules explain in more detail subjects such as our cancellation and refunds policy, baggage allowances, and what happens if flights are delayed or diverted, and how Victor members should behave towards each other and on our operator partners’ aircraft.
