Our commitment to you

Operators, quotes and bookings

Victor works with a network of private jet operators across Europe to provide the flights that members book on our website. We will only work with operators who we believe (to the best of our knowledge) fully comply with the operating regulations and standards mandated by applicable bodies including the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).

Victor acts in the capacity of an agent for Victor members when it quotes on or books flights with operators. The contract for the operation of the flight is strictly between Victor members and the operator, and the relevant operator's terms and conditions apply to all Victor members on the flight. You will always be asked to confirm that you have read and understand the relevant operator's terms and conditions when you book a flight or seat.

In some cases an operator's terms will be subject to minor amendments which take account of the way the Victor programme is run. Where this is the case Victor members can review these terms in an Amendment Agreement published on Victor’s website, which will accompany the relevant operator's terms.

Victor will make available comprehensive information on all operators and aircraft available to our members with which they can then book flights. This information will include the operator’s identity, air operators certificate (AOC) issued by the relevant national aviation regulatory authority, insurance certificate, type and identity of the operating aircraft, image of the aircraft and its cabin interior.

Victor's goal is to respond to all requests for quotes in a timely fashion. Our office hours for quotes and bookings are 08:00 – 20:00 seven days a week and we aim to respond to your requests within 1 hour of receiving them. Victor will keep members informed by email of any changes to their intended flight itinerary that we are notified of by the flight operator. However, please note that Victor cannot be responsible for the failure of delivery or receipt of any such emails as this is beyond our control.

Cancellations, refunds and reassignment of seats

As the booking agent Victor acts between the Victor member and the operator of the flight. You should always be sure you understand the cancellation terms of the operator of your flight.

A flight booked through Victor will be confirmed when Victor accepts the booking and emails you a booking confirmation. At this point all relevant cancellation and refund terms of both Victor and the operator apply to your booking.

If you are a Flight Initiator you can cancel their flight booking only if no seats on the flight have been sold to any other members. If this is the case and you wish to cancel you must notify Victor immediately by phone or email. Victor will issue a refund of monies paid by you for the flight, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the full amount and any applicable cancellation fees due to the operator. Refund will be paid within 7 days.

If you are a purchaser of a seat on a Fare Share flight or a fixed price flight you cannot cancel your seat booking once your booking request has been accepted and confirmed by Victor regardless of whether you have made a payment or not.

If you are bidding for a seat on a Fare Share flight or requesting a seat on a Standby flight you will be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit to Victor to secure your seat in the event that the seat request or flight is confirmed. Once Victor confirms the seat or flight you cannot cancel your booking.

If you do not complete your payment for a seat you have booked, and your booking has been confirmed by Victor, you will remain liable to pay in full, regardless of whether you (or any passengers in your party) take up your seat(s).

No refunds can be made in the event that you or any passengers in your party do not take up your seat(s) on a flight for any reason.

If you cannot take up your seat for any reason and you are the purchaser of a seat or seats on a Fare Share, fixed price or Standby flight, you can reassign the seats you have purchased and paid for in full to any other Victor member at any time up to 24 hours before flight departure subject to an administration fee of £35.

Aircraft substitutions, delays, diversions, and returns to base

Victor acts as an agent between you and the operator of your flight. Your flight is subject to the operator’s terms and conditions relating to any aircraft substitutions, delays, diversions or returns to base that you may experience.

In the event that your flight is diverted from landing at its intended destination or returns to base, for whatever reason and in circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the operator, Victor will make all reasonable efforts to assist you with advice and information to help you get to your intended destination.

Your commitment to us
